Brand Identity project imagery

The Challenge

The business had a loyal in-store following but no consistent identity. Packaging, signage and social content each looked like a different company, which made the brand feel smaller than it actually was.

The Approach

I started with the business problem rather than the logo. Interviews with the owner and repeat customers clarified what people actually valued, and a short competitive review showed where the category looked identical. That became a simple positioning statement everything else was measured against.

The Solution

  • A restrained identity system built around one typographic voice and a warm neutral palette.
  • Packaging, stationery and retail collateral designed as one family rather than separate pieces.
  • A short, practical brand guideline the team can apply without a designer in the room.

The Result

The client now applies the identity consistently across store, packaging and social without redesigning each piece, and reports that the brand is perceived as more established in customer conversations. No independently verified sales figures are published here.
